Enquiries

Submitting a form or WhatsApp message does not reserve a product automatically. ARSH will confirm availability, delivery conditions, timing and payment instructions directly.

Prices

Prices are displayed in AED and may be updated before an order is confirmed. Delivery conditions are detailed on the Delivery page. Premium furniture delivery, installation, customs duties, taxes or special handling may be quoted separately unless clearly included in writing.

Payment

Selected available works may be paid online by card through Stripe. After confirmed payment, the client receives an ARSH order confirmation with a paid commercial invoice in one English / Arabic PDF. Premium furniture, bespoke pieces or made-to-order purchases require written confirmation of specifications, price and delivery before payment.

Natural materials

Stone, walnut, cotton and handmade finishes may show natural variations in color, grain, veining, texture and proportion. These differences are part of the character of the pieces.

Returns

ARSH does not offer voluntary returns or refunds solely for a change of mind, unless agreed in writing. This policy does not exclude any mandatory right to cancel, return, repair, replacement or reimbursement under applicable UAE law, including where a piece is defective, damaged or does not conform to the confirmed order. Contact info@arsh-studio.com before sending an item back so that collection and the appropriate remedy can be arranged. Original packaging and photographs are helpful but are not conditions that override mandatory consumer rights.

Cancellation, bespoke pieces and refunds

A cancellation request must be sent to ARSH in writing as soon as possible. ARSH will confirm in writing whether cancellation remains possible, based on the stage of preparation, production or dispatch. Bespoke, made-to-order, commissioned and limited-edition pieces may not be cancelled or returned once production has started, except where a piece is defective, damaged or mandatory consumer protections apply. Any approved refund is processed through the original payment method where possible.

Damage and warranty

Please inspect a delivery on arrival and notify ARSH promptly in writing with photographs if a piece is damaged or does not match the confirmed order. ARSH will assess the case and provide the applicable repair, replacement or refund. No additional commercial warranty is offered unless it is stated in writing for a specific piece; this does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Invoices and tax documents

ARSH is operated by NK Energy Global Trading FZ-LLC, RAKEZ licence no. 7018774. ARSH is not currently registered for UAE VAT. No UAE VAT is charged. Paid commercial invoices are issued in English and Arabic; they are not UAE VAT Tax Invoices. All pieces are new.

إرسال استمارة أو رسالة واتساب لا يحجز المنتج تلقائياً. تؤكد آرش التوفر والمواصفات والسعر والتوصيل وموعده وتعليمات الدفع كتابة. يمكن دفع القطع المتاحة المختارة بالبطاقة عبر سترايب. تتطلب قطع الأثاث والقطع الخاصة أو المصنوعة حسب الطلب تأكيداً كتابياً لهذه التفاصيل قبل الدفع. بعد استلام الدفع وتأكيده، ترسل آرش تأكيد الطلب وفاتورة تجارية مسددة في ملف واحد بالإنجليزية والعربية.

الأسعار والضرائب

الأسعار بالدرهم الإماراتي. لا تفرض آرش ضريبة القيمة المضافة لأنها غير مسجلة لها في الإمارات، والفاتورة التجارية ليست فاتورة ضريبية. قد تحدد تكاليف التوصيل الخاص والتركيب والجمارك والمناولة بصورة منفصلة في العرض المكتوب قبل الدفع. جميع القطع جديدة.

التوصيل والمواد الطبيعية

المدة التقديرية ثلاثة إلى أربعة أسابيع؛ يمكن أن تكون أطول للقطع المصنوعة حسب الطلب وفق الاتفاق المكتوب. راجعوا شروط التوصيل للمناطق والتكاليف والشحن الدولي. قد تختلف ألوان وعروق وملمس الحجر وخشب الجوز والقطن والتشطيبات اليدوية بصورة طبيعية؛ لا يلغي ذلك الالتزام بالمواصفات المتفق عليها.

الإرجاع والإلغاء

لطلب الإلغاء أو الإرجاع أو الإبلاغ عن تلف، يرجى التواصل مع ARSH كتابةً على info@arsh-studio.com. تخضع الإلغاءات والإرجاعات لحالة القطعة ومرحلة الإنتاج أو الشحن، مع عدم المساس بالحقوق الإلزامية للمستهلك في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

لا تقدم ARSH إرجاعاً أو استرداداً اختيارياً لمجرد تغيير الرأي، إلا باتفاق كتابي. ولا تحد هذه السياسة من أي حق إلزامي بموجب القانون الإماراتي، بما في ذلك الحقوق المتعلقة بالسلع المعيبة أو التالفة أو غير المطابقة للطلب المؤكد.

أرسلوا طلب الإلغاء كتابة في أقرب وقت. تؤكد آرش إمكانية الإلغاء بحسب مرحلة التحضير أو الإنتاج أو الشحن. قد لا يمكن إلغاء أو إرجاع القطع الخاصة أو المصنوعة حسب الطلب أو بتكليف خاص أو ذات الإصدار المحدود بعد بدء الإنتاج، باستثناء العيوب أو التلف أو الحالات التي تسري فيها حماية المستهلك الإلزامية. تعاد المبالغ المعتمدة بوسيلة الدفع الأصلية حيثما أمكن.

التلف والضمان والشكاوى

يرجى فحص القطعة عند الوصول وإبلاغ آرش كتابة بسرعة عند وجود تلف أو عدم مطابقة. تقيّم آرش الحالة وترتب الإصلاح أو الاستبدال أو الاسترداد الواجب قانوناً. لا يوجد ضمان تجاري إضافي إلا إذا نص عليه كتابة لقطعة معينة. لا تتأثر الحقوق القانونية الإلزامية. تساعد الصور والتغليف الأصلي في المعالجة لكنها ليست شروطاً تلغي تلك الحقوق. يرجى التواصل قبل إعادة القطعة لترتيب الاستلام والحل المناسب.
