Delivery conditions
Delivery timeline
Delivery is normally estimated within 3 to 4 weeks. Bespoke or made-to-order pieces may take longer; their delivery timing is confirmed in writing before payment. Estimates may vary depending on destination, availability, production, packaging or carrier scheduling. ARSH will communicate any delay and agree the next steps with the customer, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
UAE delivery
Delivery within the UAE is included in the displayed price unless otherwise stated in writing. ARSH will confirm delivery details with the client after payment or enquiry confirmation.
Online checkout
Online card checkout is currently available for UAE delivery only. Stripe collects the delivery address securely during payment.
International delivery
Delivery outside the UAE is available on request and quoted individually before payment. ARSH will confirm shipping feasibility, cost and timing directly with the client.
Premium furniture and bespoke pieces
Premium furniture, bespoke pieces, large-format works, installation, special handling or white-glove delivery are confirmed by quote before payment. ARSH will validate availability, destination, access conditions and delivery requirements directly with the client.
Customs, duties and taxes
For international deliveries, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or local charges may apply depending on the destination country. Unless clearly confirmed in writing, these charges are the responsibility of the client.
Reception and damages
The client should inspect the package upon delivery and contact ARSH as soon as possible if visible damage is detected. Photos of the packaging and product may be required to open a carrier claim.
Address accuracy
The client is responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses may be charged separately.

المدة التقديرية المعتادة ثلاثة إلى أربعة أسابيع. قد تستغرق القطع الخاصة أو المصنوعة حسب الطلب وقتاً أطول، وتؤكد المدة كتابة قبل الدفع. قد تتغير التقديرات بحسب الوجهة والتوفر والإنتاج والتغليف ومواعيد الناقل. تبلغ آرش العميل بأي تأخير وتتفق معه على الخطوات التالية دون المساس بحقوقه القانونية.
داخل الإمارات والدفع الإلكتروني
التوصيل داخل الإمارات مشمول في السعر المعروض ما لم يحدد خلاف ذلك كتابة. تؤكد آرش تفاصيل التوصيل مع العميل بعد الدفع أو الاستفسار. الدفع الإلكتروني بالبطاقة متاح حالياً للتوصيل داخل الإمارات فقط؛ يجمع سترايب عنوان التسليم بطريقة آمنة عند الدفع.
الشحن الدولي والقطع الخاصة
الشحن خارج الإمارات حسب الطلب وبعرض سعر مستقل قبل الدفع يشمل إمكانية الشحن وتكلفته وموعده. تؤكد آرش مباشرة التوفر والوجهة وإمكانية الوصول ومتطلبات التوصيل للأثاث والقطع المصنوعة حسب الطلب والأعمال الكبيرة والتركيب والمناولة الخاصة.
الجمارك والرسوم
قد تفرض الوجهة الدولية رسوماً جمركية أو ضرائب استيراد أو رسوم وساطة أو رسوماً محلية. يتحمل العميل هذه الرسوم ما لم يتفق كتابة على خلاف ذلك.
الاستلام والعنوان
يرجى فحص الطرد عند الوصول وإبلاغ آرش سريعاً بالتلف الظاهر. قد تساعد صور التغليف والقطعة في مطالبة الناقل، دون أن تسقط حقوق المستهلك الإلزامية. على العميل تقديم عنوان دقيق؛ قد تفرض تكاليف إضافية بسبب عنوان غير صحيح أو ناقص.
