Delivery conditions

Delivery timeline

Delivery is estimated within 3 to 4 weeks for all pieces. This timing may vary depending on the destination, product availability, production details, packaging requirements or carrier scheduling.

UAE delivery

Delivery within the UAE is included in the displayed price unless otherwise stated in writing. ARSH will confirm delivery details with the client after payment or enquiry confirmation.

Online checkout

Online card checkout is currently available for UAE delivery only. Stripe collects the delivery address securely during payment.

International delivery

Delivery outside the UAE is available on request and quoted individually before payment. ARSH will confirm shipping feasibility, cost and timing directly with the client.

Premium furniture and bespoke pieces

Premium furniture, bespoke pieces, large-format works, installation, special handling or white-glove delivery are confirmed by quote before payment. ARSH will validate availability, destination, access conditions and delivery requirements directly with the client.

Customs, duties and taxes

For international deliveries, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or local charges may apply depending on the destination country. Unless clearly confirmed in writing, these charges are the responsibility of the client.

Reception and damages

The client should inspect the package upon delivery and contact ARSH as soon as possible if visible damage is detected. Photos of the packaging and product may be required to open a carrier claim.

Address accuracy

The client is responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses may be charged separately.
