Enquiries

Submitting a form or WhatsApp message does not reserve a product automatically. ARSH will confirm availability, delivery conditions, timing and payment instructions directly.

Prices

Prices are displayed in AED and may be updated. Delivery conditions are detailed on the Delivery page. Premium furniture delivery, installation, customs duties, taxes or special handling may be quoted separately unless clearly included in writing.

Payment

Selected available works may be paid online by card through Stripe. After successful payment, the client receives an ARSH order confirmation by email with a PDF invoice/payment receipt attached. Premium furniture, bespoke pieces or made-to-order purchases may require manual confirmation first.

Delivery terms, shipping zones and international conditions are available on the Delivery page.

Natural materials

Stone, walnut, cotton and handmade finishes may show natural variations in color, grain, veining, texture and proportion. These differences are part of the character of the pieces.

Returns

Return conditions depend on the product, its condition, destination and whether it is bespoke, made to order or limited edition. Return terms should be confirmed before purchase.

Invoices and tax documents

ARSH is operated by NK Energy Global Trading FZ-LLC, RAK licence no. 7018774. If ARSH is VAT registered, tax invoices will include the applicable Tax Registration Number and required VAT details. Until confirmed, payment confirmation emails should not be treated as VAT Tax Invoices.
