Website purpose

This website presents ARSH products and allows visitors to send enquiries or pay for selected available works by card through Stripe. A successful online payment triggers an official ARSH payment confirmation. Premium furniture, bespoke pieces or made-to-order pieces may still require direct confirmation before purchase.

This website is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA, Rue Eugène Marziano 25, 1227 Les Acacias (GE), Switzerland. The website runs on Infomaniak web hosting infrastructure and uses an HTTPS connection for secure access.

Payment provider

Selected online payments are processed securely by Stripe. ARSH does not store card numbers on this website. Stripe may process payment, billing, anti-fraud and transaction data according to its own terms and privacy policy. Payment confirmation emails are not labelled as VAT Tax Invoices unless ARSH confirms the applicable tax registration details.

Email and server processing

Messages submitted through the website may be transmitted by email to ARSH and stored temporarily on the website server for order follow-up, customer service, accounting, security and technical troubleshooting.

Personal data

When you submit the contact form, ARSH receives the information you provide, such as name, email, phone number, selected product and message. This data is used only to answer your enquiry, manage a potential order or discuss a commission.

Form provider

The contact form forwards enquiries directly to ARSH. Do not send sensitive payment card data through the form.

Retention and rights
