Website purpose

This website presents ARSH products and allows visitors to send enquiries or pay for selected available works by card through Stripe. A successful online payment triggers an official ARSH payment confirmation. Premium furniture, bespoke pieces or made-to-order pieces may still require direct confirmation before purchase.

Hosting provider

This website is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA, Rue Eugène Marziano 25, 1227 Les Acacias (GE), Switzerland. The website runs on Infomaniak web hosting infrastructure and uses an HTTPS connection for secure access.


Payment provider

Selected online payments are processed securely by Stripe. ARSH does not store card numbers on this website. Stripe may process payment, billing, anti-fraud and transaction data according to its own terms and privacy policy. ARSH is not currently registered for UAE VAT; no UAE VAT is charged. Paid commercial invoices are not UAE VAT Tax Invoices. Copies of sent invoices and payment proposals are stored privately on the server for order follow-up, accounting and applicable legal obligations; they are not publicly accessible.


Email and server processing

Messages submitted through the website may be transmitted by email to ARSH and stored on the website server for order follow-up, customer service, accounting, security and technical troubleshooting. Private backups and outgoing email records may contain copies of this information. Hosting and payment providers may process data outside the UAE, including in Switzerland for hosting, under their applicable service agreements and data protection arrangements.


Personal data

When you submit the contact form, ARSH receives the information you provide, such as name, email, phone number, selected product and message. This data is used only to answer your enquiry, manage a potential order or discuss a commission.


Form provider

The contact form forwards enquiries directly to ARSH. Do not send sensitive payment card data through the form.


Retention and rights

Our retention policy for enquiries that do not lead to a purchase is 24 months after the last exchange. We review these enquiries for deletion or anonymisation, including related email copies and backups. This is a managed review, not an automatic deletion triggered by visiting this website. A documented legal obligation or an ongoing dispute may require longer retention.

Orders, invoices and payment records follow separate accounting and legal retention requirements; they are not deleted under the enquiry policy. You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing info@arsh-studio.com. Requests are assessed subject to applicable legal obligations.


Cookies

The ARSH website does not use analytics cookies or advertising trackers and therefore does not currently display an optional-cookie consent banner. Card payment takes place on Stripe's payment page, where Stripe's own cookie and privacy information applies. If optional tracking is introduced on ARSH, this notice and the required consent controls will be updated before that tracking is enabled.

All images, names, layouts and product content belong to ARSH or their respective rights holders. They may not be reproduced without permission.
